BEGG Peacefully at Inverclyde Royal Hospital after a short illness on Saturday 24th March 2018, John Shankland Begg, aged 87 years. (Retired General Practitioner of Kilbirnie & Glengarnock). Beloved husband of Frances, dear father of John and Mary, father-in-law of Alison and Norman and a much loved grandpa of Christina, Alistair, Morven and Rowan. A service of thanksgiving will take place at Kilbirnie Auld Kirk on Wednesday 18th April at 1.15pm thereafter to Holmsford Bridge Crematorium at 2.30pm to which all friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please but donations, if desired, to North Ayrshire Cancer Care.
