Cumbrae Gym

Millport now has a much needed Gym.

The Cumbrae Sportscentre National Centre Gym and sauna room has opened to everyone. The gym has a wide range of exercise equipment including a rowing machine, exercise bikes, treadmills, weights, a Smith’s machine, exercise balls and other equipment. There is also a sauna room.

If anyone is interested, inductions can be arranged by telephoning Rod Smith at the sports centre on 01475 530757 or pop into the centre. Rod’s email address is rod.smith@sportscotland.org.uk.

The opening hours are 5pm-9pm, 7 days a week. We could have a fitter island.
