£250k sale of Largs Post Office

Largs Post Office, which has been excluded from the post office public consultation programme, has been placed on the market through the Glasgow Office of leading business agency Christie & Co.
The Aitken Street premises is up for sale for offers in excess of £255,000 but is excluded from the public consultation programme due to its "high post office renumeration and location".
Roddy McKechnie, from Christie's & Co's Glasgow office, who is handling the sale, said: "The current owner, Mr Mohammed Arif, is selling the business to concentrate on other business interests."
