Community police officers at Saltcoats are appealing for the assistance of the media and public in an attempt to trace a man who has been missing from the West Kilbride area since Wednesday 25 June 2008.

Gregg Jackson (27), known as Sunny, of Ritchie Street, West Kilbride was last seen by his girlfriend at 10am on Wednesday 25 June. At this time he was wearing a light grey coloured hooded ‘Puma’ sweatshirt, blue denims and white training shoes.

Mr Jackson is described as white, 6ft tall, medium build, brown eyes, short black hair and had a tanned complexion.

Despite extensive enquiries there have been no recent sightings of Mr Jackson and his family and police are becoming increasingly concerned for his safety.

Anyone who knows of Mr Jackson’s present whereabouts or has seen him since Wednesday 25 June is asked to contact Saltcoats Police Office on 01294 404500.
