Car accident north of Largs

Accident ... The A78 was closed briefly due to a road crash at midday on Monday.
About noon on Monday, a silver Mitsubishi 4 x 4 motor vehicle collided with the shore line fencing on the A78 near to Danefield and ended up on its side.
The male driver and female passenger, both from Port Glasgow were uninjured. The A78 was closed for a short time as emergency services cleared the road and recovered the vehicle.
