Bowling past presidents of Largs area

Opening day for the Largs & District Past Presidents Association was held at Skelmorlie Bowling Club on Sunday 20th April in sunny, if blustery, conditions. Past Presidents were in attendance for the event from West Kilbride BC, Fairlie BC, Largs Halkshill BC, Largs BC and Skelmorlie BC. 2008 President of the PPA is Skelmorlie’s Jackie Gray, pictured in the centre of the group before the start of the game, complete with Chain of Office. On Jackie’s immediate left is Vice President, Jim Jack.
The result of the afternoon’s bowling was a victory for the Presidents men. Graham Malcolm did a great job of organising the game.
