Camera Club The Skelmorlie Camera Club is holding its annual Photography Exhibition in St Columbas Parish Church in Largs (Gallowgate St.), from 10th June - 1st July (free admission).

Inner Wheel The Largs Inner Wheel Club celebrated its 30th birthday in style on June 8 in the Willowbank Hotel. Over 50 members and guests had a most enjoyable afternoon and were well entertained by Mr John Hutchinson and his guide dog, Cora.

John very kindly stepped in at the last minute and told the members about all the varied and interesting things he had done so far in many different parts of the world.

Christian Aid The Largs Inter-Churches Christian Aid Committee would like to thank all who supported the concert presented by Inverclyde Voices on Tuesday, June 7. It was a truly memorable concert and raised £717.

The Largs Committee would also like to thank all those who contributed to their fundraising activities during the Spring. Adding the concert funds to the sum raised during Christian Aid Week the total is now £6,217.

Summer Fete St John's Church in Largs will be holding a summer fete in the Dunn Memorial Hall this Saturday, June 18 from 10am-12.30pm and 1.30pm-3pm. Entrance is 30p and tearoom is £1.50.
