The much loved classic Christmas tale with a twist, It's a Wonderful Life, is more familiar to many of us as a movie, but it now has an interesting new format at The Beacon Arts Centre, Greenock.

Tony Palermo’s acclaimed live radio play of the Christmas classic is coming to life on stages across Scotland, rounding off at the Beacon Arts Centre in Greenock.

The tale is presented as a 1940s radio broadcast in front of a studio audience, with six actors playing radio actors who portray all the characters from the classic story.

The No Nonsense Productions show is back by popular demand for the sixth consecutive year and presents the audience with a rare opportunity to see how a 1940s radio broadcast was produced.

It comes to The Beacon on Wednesday 20 - Saturday 23 December at 7.30pm with matinees Fri 22 December and Sat 23 Dec at 2.30pm
