It is a celebration of Robert Burns at The Beacon Arts Centre in Greenock on Sunday 11 February

'Ae Fond Kiss' is a musical journey through the major events of Burns’ life from birth to death.

Rabbie Burns is your guide with quirky commentary, amusing and poignant interactions with key characters along the way, and renditions of several famous poems and songs including Ae Fond Kiss,

Red Red Rose, Auld Lang Syne and many more.

The show is a great way to get to know more about the life and loves of Scotland’s Bard either as a refresher to his work or as a newcomer to his genius.

Also on Sunday 11 February. the creative team behind the hugely successful stage shows Hairy Maclary & Friends, and Shark in the the Park bring you Little Red Riding Hood, an original musical for children. Little Red Riding Hood is a fun, original musical for children, with live music and loveable characters. Join Scarlet and her side-kick Stanley the Squirrel as they try to outwit Walter the Wolf and discover that it's not just the enchanted forest that has magical powers... A forest full of family fun, this show is a joyous new version of the classic fairy tale.
