The first ever major Scotland and Pakistan fashion event is to take place in Glasgow on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 March.
Alongside leading, big-name designers from Pakistan including Deepak Pervani, Umar Sayeed, Mahma Saleem, Shazia Kiyani, Emraan Rajput and Maazjee, the Scotland Pakistan Fashion Week aims to showcase up-and-coming Scottish designers.
The inaugural event has been arranged by Largs businessman Fida Hussain, and it will be taking place in the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Glasgow.

They will bring a mix of breathtaking Pakistani designs and Scottish fashion, presenting traditional, contemporary and a fusion of Western and Asian styles.
Fida said: "People can expect a big show with designers and clothes never ever showcased in Glasgow, or indeed Scotland before. It is very exciting for me and I am really proud to be doing something like this which has never been done before on Scottish shores."
First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has been invited to appear at the event, as well as a number of other Scottish and international dignitaries.
