The Crocodile Rock - a famous island attraction on Millport - has been given a fresh lick of paint for the tourist season by brave volunteer!
Bryan Elliot of Cumbrae Burns Club donned his dungarees and managed to keep the crocodile at bay as he managed to give him a spring clean!
The 'snaps' were taken on the island by Suki McGregor on a sunshine morning on Tuesday.
The Crocodile Rock celebrated its centenary a few years ago, and is a regular visiting point for photographs for tourists for generations.
