Then there’s mesmerising close-up magic tricks performed around the event and the Explore Largs Food Trail; which allows you to explore the towns many shops, bars, cafés and restaurants.
This lip-smacking, taste bud-teasing event, staged by Explore Largs, is the first of three festivals they will be managing and promoting to attract visitors to the town.
Last year’s inaugural Food Festival attracted a staggering 8000 visitors, of which, 80% were from outwith Largs.
Independent research results also revealed 57% of those attending Largs Food Fest would NOT have visited Largs if the Food Festival has not taken place. This is a great boost for local businesses at the most important trading time of the year.
The cost for this feast of family fun is just £4.00 per adult with children admitted free! That’s not all; attendees will also be given a free goodie bag on entry containing a whole host of special offers. There will also be plenty of opportunities to sample a wide range of mouth-wateringly delicious food and drink inside the marquee.
