A preliminary hearing into the Fatal Accident Inquiry into the death of Fairlie woman Catherine Bonner will take place on Monday 20 June at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court, over three years after the tragedy.
A spokesman for the Crown Office said: "The Preliminary Hearing will be held at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court and is open to the public. The date and location for FAI itself will be determined after the preliminary hearing."
On February 14 2013, Catherine, 55, died at the scene, when an HGV crashed into a block of flats - Curneil Villa - on Fairlie Main Road.
