An armed police response team was called to drugs bust in Largs on Wednesday at 9pm.
Inspector Joe Conway of Largs News said: "An armed police response team was sent to a house in Nelson Street, Largs, after there was intelligence received that there may be firearms on the premises, although it turned out not to be true.
"Two males were charged with a range of drugs offences, including possession with intent to supply. It was good intelligence gained from our new police locality team."
