The Fatal Accident Inquiry into the death of Fairlie woman Catherine Bonner will take place nearly four years after her tragic death, it was revealed this week.
A preliminary hearing took place on Monday at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court, led by Sheriff Iona McDonald, in which details were set out in relation to the forthcoming inquiry which will take place in January 2017.
On February 14 2013, Catherine died at the scene, when an HGV crashed into a block of flats - Curneil Villa - on Fairlie Main Road.
