Marks and Spencer rule out Largs move
Marks and Spencer have confirmed that they are not moving to Largs.
Speculation had spread on social media that the company were set to move a Food Store into the new retail unit at the Victoria Hotel, where new social housing is also being built.
However, a spokeswoman for Marks and Spencer told the 'News' that the rumours were not true.
There were rumours earlier this year that Marks and Spencer was set to move into the Jewson's site, sparking the owner of Jewson's to contact the 'News' to dismiss the speculation.
