Skelmorlie and Wemyss Bay ladies show their creative side with a multi-coloured range of quilts for a good cause.
The local ladies have set up a quilting class in the community.
They meet every Thursday night in the Skelmorlie community centre from 7pm until 9pm.
Co-ordinator Sheena Brown explained: "The project we have just finished was in aid of "action for children" where we all made lapquilts for the handicapped kids.
"The class made 11 quilts which were handed over in time for Christmas, this was a well worth project and the ladies put in a lot of hard work doing these."
