Millport Dance Troupe Show took place on Saturday June 17 in the DA Hall. The girls performed their disco, hiphop and majorette dances beautifully with an especially big cheer when two of the seniors performed the iconic move from the Flashdance movie.
Best junior trophy went to Holly Hamilton, best senior trophy went to Mia Glover and best majorette trophy went to Lucy Letham. All the girls received a medal to congratulate them on their performance.
Special thanks go to the Field Studies Council for providing a hall for the dancers to practice every week, Cumbrae Burns Club for their donation towards new costumes and to Karen Brodie for coming along to photograph the show. It is thanks to these people that Millport Dance Troupe is able to continue as a voluntary organisation.
Classes will re-commence after the summer holidays.
