It was a very busy night at GB last Tuesday. The Explorers all seemed to have settled in well. They enjoyed some team games and a story before creating a paper person.

At devotions this week we thought about the parable of lost sheep.

The juniors were thinking about their badge work; communication. They thought about praying as a way to communicate with God and wrote their own prayers. Many of the girls wanted to pray for Girls Brigade in the Caribbean as another hurricane heads to them.

The Brigaders were busy conducting excitements all relating to the senses. They had great fun and the hall smelt lovely!

If you know of a girl who would like to try GB they would be welcome to come along any Tuesday night.

Girls Brigade is open to any girl of school age and anybody wanting more information can phone Vicky on 686156 our message us via their Facebook page- 1st Largs Girls Brigade.

The girls enjoy lots of different activities from crafts and competitions, to drama and displays. There are opportunities to widen your horizons too, by learning new skills, gaining awards and making a difference in your local community.

Whether you're five, 18 or any age in between, Girls' Brigade girls really do pack the whole world into one great night a week!
