Fairlie Village Hall opened on 16th November, 1892, and to mark the anniversary week a series of free events will be taking place. 
On Remembrance Sunday, November 12, Fairlie’s Men Of The Great War exhibition can be viewed from 10.30am to 3pm. There are nine double-sided boards and wall displays depicting the stories of the men from Fairlie who fought in the First World War.
On Monday November 13, it’s a classic movie night where you can see a classic movie musical on the new big screen, with hopes to have regular movie nights/matinees in future. Thursday, 16th November - The McDougalls Singalong Show It’s time for The McDougalls and their Sing Along Show for youngsters - one hour of musical mayhem, full of lively songs, fun actions and lots of audience interaction! Doors open 4.15pm; performance from 4.30pm to 5.30pm, this event is ticketed. (children must be supervised by an accompanying adult)
Friday, 17th November - Anniversary Concert (followed by Cheese & Wine)
Enjoy an evening of “Songs From The Shows” with Chris Kelly, Ailie Austin and Ruth Hutchinson. To finish the anniversary celebrations, there will be an opportunity to enjoy a “Cheese and Wine” after the performance ends.
