Fairlie Gala launches this weekend with a raft of nautically themed activities near the beach.
Events get underway on Thursday at 8pm with the new annual Gala Quiz Night, and Friday night is music night with a live band, both in the Village Inn.
The Gala proper starts on Saturday at 1pm with the parade.
For youngsters there are bouncy castles, a climbing wall, assault course, bungee trampolines and much much more.
For younger kids, look out for inflatables, story telling, face painting, slide and a new sand pit (courtesy of M & J timber).
From 2pm there is live music on the marquee stage all day including the Howie Four, Cassien and The Skelmorlie Skanks, and magician David Ennis, with speedboat rides across the bay in the Barracuda.
As well as the vintage tea room, and barbecue tent, there is a licenced bar, a bonfire and fireworks display.
On Sunday it's the second annual Fairlie Raft Race at Allanton Park Terrace at 12 noon (registration from 10.30am). The Coastal Rowing group will be offering taster sessions and the RNLI display.
In the afternoon, there are two traditional music groups in the marquee Hingin’ By A Threed and the award winning Haylie Keenan and friends.
