Major housing developments set to come to Fairlie
Two new housing developments have been earmarked for Fairlie including 100 houses near Ladies Walk, and 20 new social housing properties on the greenfield north of the bowling club.
Two meetings are taking place in the village concerning the proposals.
RDK Construction Ltd is carrying out a Pre-Planning Application Public Consultation in Fairlie Bowling Club’s clubhouse on Wednesday afternoon (23rd November 2016), from 3.30pm to 6.30pm.
And Dawn Homes are having a forthcoming public exhibition on Monday 28 November from 12.30pm-7.30pm in Fairlie Village Hall regarding around 100 houses on the remainder of the site at Ladies Walk.
