Festivals and football were among the beneficiaries from Hunterston 'A' community funds during the past year.
The Friends of Portencross Castle were the biggest beneficiary with a £10,000 grant towards a toilet and sceptic tank project at the castle,.
West Kilbride Christmas Lights received a total of £250, while the Largs Events group received £500 for a school kites project.
Largs Colts Football club received £540 for youth team training kits, while West Kilbride Out of School Care club was boosted by a £253 cheque for children's learning equipment.
In terms of the socio-economic awards, there has been a total of 11 applications to date in 2016/17 (8 successful, 2 rejected and 1 cancelled) - with a total of £13,396 being awarded to the local community.
Funding is available from Hunterston 'A' to improve education and skills provision or support local employment, economic diversification or social infrastructure.
The Magnox socio-economic scheme has three aims: Being a good neighbour, helping to build sustainable communities and mitigating the impact of decommissioning on the community.
