It is time for a spring clean of beaches in Largs, Fairlie and West Kilbride as the communities rally round.
Largs is first this Sunday as the community council are hosting a beach clean from 10am till 12 midday.
Meet at Pier Head. Litter pickers, gloves and bags will be provided.
Everyone welcome even just for an hour or so.
West Kilbride is having its beach clean on Saturday April 29 from 1pm-4pm and will be covering Portencross- Seamill with free refreshments at the Waterside and Portencross car park for participants afterwards. Litter pickers, bags etc supplied, bring your own gloves and enthusiasm!
And a new Fairlie Coastal group is also preparing for a beach clean in the area.
