There was plenty of fun games and activities at the Fairlie Primary early years sports day.
And it was a test of the traditional sport day skills such as the egg and spoon race, and as you can see from Charlie Gilmour's photos, the youngsters showed great balance and dexterity in one of the trickier aspects of the day. Indeed, some of the children were jumping through hoops, or bouncing along to the finish line on a busy morning of activities.
The full school sports day followed later that day.
