Nursery have been learning about Autumn and Harvest. We have been filling our paper bags with Autumn treasures to match and sort. We have also been listening to Harvest stories and singing our Harvest song ‘Scarecrow, Scarecrow’.
P2/1 performed at the Harvest Service. We have been thinking about Autumn and all things Hallowe’en! P1 know all their numbers to 10 and P2 are learning numbers to 100!
P4/3 wrote the ending to our monster story sharing how we would rescue our monster from school. We are looking forward to sharing our stories with Primary 2/1.
P6/5 learned a French song about Autumn and performed it at the Harvest Service. In Numeracy P5 groups have been working on perimeter and multiplication while P6 have been carrying out work on rounding.
P7 practised our songs and Harvest Haikus for the Harvest Service. In Big Writing we wrote a newspaper report about a natural disaster. In Maths the Hexagons have moved onto percentages and the Rhombus group are working on area.
