Sir Ludovic Shaw Stewart wishes to thank everyone who came along to Ardgowan on Sunday 21 February to take part in the estate’s annual Snowdrop Day.
Despite the wet conditions, many visitors enjoyed walking the policies followed by tea in Ardgowan House.
The sum of £576.13 was raised and this will be shared between Scotland’s Garden Scheme charities and Greenock Medical Aid Society.
A huge thank you goes to the charity volunteers and the estate’s own friends for their help on the day with baking, plant selling, entrance money collection, tea-making, parking co-ordinating etc., not forgetting the many visitors who supported the event.
