Meetings to examine future development areas for towns and villages in the area are taking place on Monday.
Options for potential new development locations will feature in the public consultation events which intend to 'generate discussion on the key planning issues' in North Ayrshire.
The main report can be found at www.north-ayrshire.gov.uk/localplans and a print copy is available at local libraries.
The consultation takes place on Monday 13 February from 10am -12:30pm at Largs Library, and 2pm -5pm at West Kilbride Library.
People will also have the opportunity to attend a consultation event on Tuesday 7 March from 1pm– 3pm at Millport library.
You can submit your views on the report via an online survey: -

The public consultation lasts until 10 March, and will influence future planning policy by North Ayrshire Council.
