During a recent weekend some of the Junior and Brigaders went, with girls from 5th Kilmarnock, to camp.
The girls stayed at the outdoor centre of Dumfries House and the girls took part in a range of activities, and enjoyed learning how to light a fire, the obstacle course, archery, indoor tennis, wall climbing and a scavenger hunt.
In the evening, there was a traditional camp fire and the girls enjoyed toasting marshmallows and a good sing song. The girls had a wonderful time and although the weather was a bit showery and cold it was a great opportunity to meet other girls from the GB family.
The girls were also busy getting ready for our Annual Awards evening; practising their various items for the show, which are already looking and sounding very good. They also burnt off some steam with games.
