Is Children's tv series coming to Cumbrae?

TV company sign deal for 'Hollow Earth' set in Largs and Millport.

TV star John Barrowman is a co-author of the novel 'Hollow Earth'.

A tv company have signed up the rights for children's fantasy novel 'Hollow Earth', and the big question on everyone's lips is whether tv crews will be descending on the Isle of Cumbrae to film the series.

The children's adventure book received wide acclaim when it was released, and is written by Carole E Barrowman, and brother John Barrowman, of 'Doctor Who' and 'Torchwood' fame.

It has also been revealed that a sequel to 'Hollow Earth' is in the pipeline and will be called 'The Bone Quill'.
