After catching it on the Largs News Facebook site, Cafe Riva in Inverkip did this special cup of coffee in commemoration of the space station flyover.

Largs 'News' Facebook followers glanced up to the skies and enjoyed a super view of the International Space Station flying overhead.

At 7.04pm on Saturday, and 7.51pm on Sunday, the space station flew by at a speed in space of 27,000 miles per hour.

Angus MacIntyre said: " Great pass tonight, just above the crescent Moon."

Mhairi Jones added: " We had seen it at the point in Millport then very big shooting star was awesome."

Kimberley Stevenson remarked: "Another fab viewing of it going overhead."
