Following successful events in Ardrossan and Beith in 2013 and 2014, Kenneth Gibson MSP will host a North Ayrshire Employment Fayre in Barrfields.
The event will bring together public, private and third sector organisations to provide employment, training, learning and volunteering opportunities to those seeking to get into employment, education or change their career.
Mr Gibson said: “The employment fayre is for people of all ages and will provide an excellent opportunity to meet employers and organisations which help people into work.
“Both previous fayres were a tremendous success with scores of organisations and businesses taking part and hundreds of attendees – with many finding a job or a route into employment through education and training.
“This year, I believe we can again make a difference to the employment prospects of individuals in North Ayrshire and would encourage anyone looking for employment or a new start to head along.” National, Ayrshire and local organisations have confirmed their attendance, with staff, exhibition stands, information and vacancies.
- The fayre will take place on Friday 27 February from 9am to 12.30pm at Barrfields.
