Visitors and locals alike will be able to hire a bike and make use of the ever growing cycle network.
The new cycle hire facilities will be sited at Largs Yacht Haven .
Manager Carolyn Elder said: “With the improvements to the cycle paths surrounding Largs and on the island of Cumbrae this is proving to be a popular addition to the marina services.” With the construction of a new car park on the field adjacent to the marina, Largs BiD group said they hoped that businesses would come forward to offer cycling, and even, a boat service, to provide transportation to the town centre.
