Bus bother at Largs station

This picture was taken of a tour bus making a 'several point' turn behind the Largs Railway Station at the top of Church Street, at this point it is reversing into the pedestrian access to the station, no fault of the driver as there is no alternative for him due to the new traffic management system!
Would the traffic management designers who have closed the vehicular access to the Station Forecourt to all but taxis agree that this picture illustrates a better and safer way for coaches picking up or dropping passengers than it would be had they agreed to use the existing forecourt in the manner for which it was designed for in the first place?
I for one don't think so, chances are that no one else in their right mind would either.
It is high time these people were brought to book and forced to change the system to make it safe and proper and use the existing facility as it was intended.
We need a clear explanation of just exactly what were the reasons for the closure of the station access on health & safety grounds? They need to explain this to the people of Largs.
It is strange that the man and woman in the street can see the problems as can the road users, in fact everyone, except these people!
Answers on the back of a postage stamp are not acceptable.
In the likely event of a failure of the Largs Train Service when buses are provided as an alternative, where are they to pick up & drop down passengers?
Are the passengers (some with luggage) expected to walk down to fluid to board or take a taxi?
