Locals on Cumbrae will have the chance to tell senior decision-makers from NHS Ayrshire & Arran what they think about out-of-hours care on Cumbrae.
Assistant Nurse Director, Eddie Docherty and Assistant Medical Director, Dr Ken Ferguson will take part in a panel discussion about out-of-hours care at the public meeting on Monday 25 August 2014 at 6.30pm in the DA Hall, Millport.
Dr Ferguson explains: “This meeting will give you the chance to talk to us about out-of-hours care on the island and to discuss how the recent changes have affected you.
“Safe and effective 24-hour clinical cover is a top priority for us. And we want to ensure that the people of Cumbrae have the chance to share their experiences of using the out-of-hours service.
“Come along to the meeting, and tell us what you think about the services provided in your area.”
