"Make Alex Salmond Prime Minister"
Extract from letter in this week's Largs and Millport Weekly News from Harry McEachan.
Harry, who visited London last week, stated: " English MPs were asking my opinion on Alex Salmond and independence. I told them it was their own fault. For years they have accepted everyone we send - trade union, journalists, politicians, even Prime Ministers. Its all their own fault. If the English were really smart, they would ask Alex Salmond to be Prime Minister of the UK. He is the smartest politician around and you did it before in 1603, so why not again?"

Report commentSmart? this from someone who thinks there are 'English' MPs?, there is no English Parliament (yet) hence there are no 'English' MP's, there are only 'UK' MP's, and then in the Scottish, Welsh and N Irish EU Regional Assemblies there are Scottish, Welsh and N Irish MP's.
Heres what the 'English' should do, and in due course will do, re-establish an English Parliament at Westminster, and removing all MP's elected from the non English Regions of the sham that is the "UK', and never again allow any Politician from the Scottish, Welsh and N Irish EU Regions to ever have any say over England ever again.
As for Salmond's job title, you can call him whatever you like, he is and always will be one thin, the EU Governor of the Scottish EU Region, fully committed to the worlds biggest UNION, the EUropean Union Dictatorship, answerable to Brussels, rubber stamping all that nice legislation dreamt up by your real Government, the unelected, unaccountable EU commission, the last thing the Scottish EU Region will be is 'Independent'.
Still, enjoy!.

Report commentHe just lost a sizeable part of his votes for anything every again I would think after his comments on the Rangers tax dodging case today. He managed to devide the country with one phrase.....not very clever.

Report commentBeing part of the UK is great and it'll be an absolute disgrace to see Scotland trying to struggle on as an independant coutry. The benefits we gain from being part of the UK will not be able to continue should we become an independant country and we'll all be worse off just because some short plump man wants to try and prove a point to feed his stinking ego! Is it really worth the risk? This man is trying to stir up unnecessary hatred and I find it disgusting. Ask yourself how many family & friends that were born in Scotland but now live and work in England, Wales or Northern Ireland and visa versa. We might as well rebuild Hadrians wall - we'll just become totally isolated... next we'll be driving on the right (rather than the left) side of the road!
