Sail and Oar festival on course again

A new website promoting this year's Sail and Oar Festival on Cumbrae is now online.

The highly anticipated event is set to take place across the weekend of 17-19 August, and the new site features lots of pictures and information.

It states: "Sail and Oar on Cumbrae 2012 will be coming soon to the idyllic island which is nestled in the Firth of Clyde.

"The panoramic views make Millport, the main town on Cumbrae, the ideal setting for a celebration of Scotland: her maritime heritage, her culture, her music."
