Skelmorlie Primary went back to the future to celebrate their 40th birthday celebrations last Friday.
Parents and teachers dressed up with their sizzling seventies gear while there was musical entertainment thanks to Emily., Eve, Helene, Rory, Rosie and Callum.
The pupils performed The New Seekers song 'I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing' while Even and Neve performed '1976/2016'.
Anna, Rory and Sophie in P4/P5 shared interview reflections, and there was an official cake cutting with Mr McKnight, the first headteacher, and youngest P1 pupil Isla.
Guests were invited to enjoy cake and tea/coffee in the dining area afterwards in what was a marvellous and nostalgic day at the school.
