This little lamb was rescued from the blaze in the back hills of Skelmorlie and Wemyss Bay on Friday.
It was a busy day for Skelmorlie Fire and Rescue as the sizzling sunshine resulted in a hill blaze stretching four to five square miles.
The billowing smoke travelled far and wide with residents in Bute complaining of a burning smell.
But this little lamb was particularly grateful for the assistance of the Skelmorlie Fire crew on the day.
