Skelmorlie Community Centre is hosting an open day on Saturday October 7.
From 11am until 3pm. everyone is invited to come along and meet the users and get to know the various classes and groups that are running or planned.
The management committee are looking for new ideas for classes, clubs or functions that would be of interest to the people of Skelmorlie and District.
The centre now has full internet access and audio-visual capability. It is equipped to show widescreen videos or films. If you are interested in forming a film club or local cinema then please let them know, and they will provide support to get the venture going.
The following groups have agreed to participate: Attic Players, WEA, Quilting Class, 'Get Fit in Thirty', The Masons, The Church, Badminton, Zumba Gold, Zumba, The Camera Club, Art Class, Carpet
