Beach Clean
Having reported recently that Inverkip Church’s Eco Team had been offered assistance from the Community Wardens in the removal of the filled bags they collected after their Beach Clean the group on Saturday 1st had to do the removal themselves. There was an apology from the wardens but with 20 bags filled it meant two trips to the Kirn Drive site to get rid of them.
The group have requested help from Kip Marina towards costs of material needed to collect the litter from the beach they themselves own. Kip Marina stated recently they do not have the manpower to keep the beach clean.
