The Royal Bank ATM cashline in the West Kilbride town centre has been out of action for two weeks.
When the bank closed a few years ago in the town, the Royal Bank stated that they would keep an ATM facility in the centre, as well as providing mobile banking facilities.
However, concerns had been raised on social media pages regarding the RBS ATM being out of action for two weeks.
The 'News' alerted Cunninghame North MSP Kenneth Gibson regarding the matter.
On Friday morning, Kenneth said: "I wasn't made aware - I'll chase a repair. It is shocking that it should be out of order so long, given the promises RBS made."
And this afternoon, Kenneth said: "The cash machine it is being worked on right now."
