Rare Moonbow photo captured at Portencross
This very rare photo of a 'Moonbow' at Portencross was taken by Sylvan Buckley of (Dynamic Scotland Photography), and appeared on the popular Our View of The River Clyde Facebook site.
Sylvan said: " This is a 3 shot panorama of the moonbow over the Firth of Clyde from portencross pier at around half nine last Wednesday night.
"It was an amazing sight to see, so glad I decided to stand out in the wind and occasional rain showers for this. well worth the effort."
