In the biggest week yet in the No Poo on My Shoe campaign, 'Poowatch' has been launched in which "enforcement" officers will be patrolling the streets daily along with dog wardens and police as patrols take place throughout the town.
It is a big change in momentum for the campaign which was set up by young mums around a year ago and has grown from strength to strength in a bid to encourage all dog owners in the town to clear up after their dog by launching a fun and humorous campaign which has been promoted around all the local primary schools.
Listen to No Poo on My Shoe chairman Maureen Muir's interview from midday on Monday...

lets hope that this week is a success. The problem areas are still on the roads that lead to the shore front, along the promenade and onto the cycle path towards Fairlie. People should be fined this week as all are very aware that they are breaking the law, anything short of this and they win.
