Largs are very much promoting young talent by making a treble signing this week.
Thistle have moved for recently released Morton player John Tennent, who can play in midfield, centre of defence, and full-back role.
Tennent is highly rated, and it is hoped that he can help boost the midfield area as well as step into defence when need be. He is a former Cumbernauld Colts community football club defender.
Thistle boss Stuart Davidson, a.k.a Arnie, said: "We are delighted to sign John, and there was a lot of interest in him, so it is great to bring him to Barrfields."
And in a further boost, Thistle U19s players Jay Little and Matthew Ashe have joined on dual contracts, allowing them to play for both senior and U19 sides.
Striker Jay is a top scorer for the 19s, scoring on his debut for the first team in a friendly against Port Glasgow, and Matthew is a defender and played for the first team earlier this season.
Arnie is delighted with the three new additions to the playing squad. following the departures of Grant Loftus and Ciaran Friel who the club would like to wish all the best for the future.
