Symington 2 Largs Thistle AFC 6

Club captain David Mills grab four goals and smashed the 40 goal barrier as Largs recorded a comfortable win in South Ayrshire on Thursday.
Mills poked home from close range early on but the home side pulled level when a high hopeful ball outfoxed Largs' central defensive pairing.
Mills had Largs back in front before half time with a simple finish following a cross field pass by Marshall which was laid on by McGowan.
Largs' lead was increased shortly after the break when Marshall drilled in a 30 yard yard pile-driver.
McGowan set up Mills for his hat trick, and the provider then turned scorer, volleying home the fifth following a high cross from Marshall.
Symington grabbed a second when a driven shot from outside the box found the corner of the net.
Mills then completed the win by tapping home a simple finish in the closing stages, taking his account to an impressive 41 for the season, with one game to go.

Largs host Crosshouse Waverley at Barrfields Park on Saturday (today), in the final game of the season. The away side need three points in their battle for the league title but Largs will be keen to secure the win, having lost narrowly in the reverse fixture earlier in the season.
