It is a exciting new era for West of Scotland Padel as it officially becomes a charity on 1 July, as an appeal has gone out to the public to get involved and support the venture.
The racquet sports game, which is proving popular with players from Largs, Fairlie and West Kilbride areas, was launched two years ago by West Kilbride businessman David McCulloch.
However, the members are now taking over the running of the club which will have four membership options - Premium,Gold, Silver and casual.
The club has already pursuing grants with North Ayrshire Council regarding new equipment and door entry system to the centre at Stevenston Industrial Estate.

Very popular in Spain and South America, North Ayrshire hosts the only indoor padel facility in Scotland, and involves a similar game to tennis surrounded by four glass walls, and the ball is allowed to bounce off the back glass, ensuring longer rallies.
It is also attracting Spaniards living in Scotland living as far as East Kilbride, and the centre has also hosted UK national padel events.
A spokesman for the club said:"As we move away from a private company providing a service we must all remember that the success of the club is down to us all, the individual members. The club board will try where possible to organise a structure of informal games that suit all players levels and abilities but would encourage everyone to try and set up their own games at a time that suits them and introduce friends, work colleagues and family to the sport. The club is a registered charity run completely by volunteers who have already spend a considerable amount of time behind the scenes to get us to this stage. We have some ambitious plans but in the short term we will only be viable if everyone gets behind it and supports the club.
"It must be noted at this time that WoSP would not exist without the extremely generous donation of the owner of APT David McCulloch in his donation of the courts and equipment."
Games and events were previously arranged on WhatsApp but are now being arranged on a new app called TeamApp which has full fixture and membership details. Download TeamApp on your iPhone or Android phone and search for WOSP for more details.
There will also be coaching on Monday evenings.
