Thistle in big swoop for Ex-Perth Glory striker
LARGS Thistle have landed a former A-League striker who is currently training with Greenock Morton.
Joe Knowles, 22, left Perth Glory in the summer after making 15 appearances for the Australian outfit and came to Morton on trial last
month.
Signing Knowles is a major coup, and a big boost for Stuart Davidson's squad.
Knowles, who was born in London but moved to Perth, Australia, has been training with Greenock Morton.
He is expected to be in place for Saturday's big league match against Irvin Meadow, 2pm kick-off.
The club had tentatively been waiting for international clearance for the striker.
