Largs man Andy Bryan has been honoured for his incredible 40 years’ service as Morton kitman with a testimonal match between his beloved Cappielow club and Celtic.

Andy has served under 18 managers during four decades including major cup tie shocks, relegation, promotions, and has even been courted by the likes of Stoke F.C and the Scotland national side for his services.

But Andy has remained loyal to Morton throughout thick and thin, and the Scottish Championship side have rewarded Andy with the prestigious friendly on Monday 13 July at Cappielow, 7.30pm kick-off.

Andy, who grew up in Millport, now lives in Largs. Prices are adults £10, concession £5, parent and child £13, and 10% of the gate money is split between Ardgowan Hospice and Erskine Hospital.
