Largs Tennis Club lost out to a powerful Troon outfit in the final of the Ayrshire Winter League last Sunday.
The team were Malcolm McAulay and Sue Wilkie, and Derek Ballantyne and Hazel Koerner. Well done to the team on another excellent indoors season and reaching their second final in three years.
The Ayrshire Doubles League is due to get underway later this month. Largs Gents 1 team open their season on Thursday 19 April away to Coylton, while the Gents 2nd team host Kilmaurs 2. The Ladies 1st team are away against Troon on Wednesday 18 April, while Largs 2 are at home to Troon 2.
